- Impact: Needs are identified early, escalation reduces, and families feel more connected to the right help.
Specialist Support
Therapeutic and multi-disciplinary interventions for complex needs.
- One-to-one creative arts, play or psychotherapeutic interventions, including SaLT and OT input.
- Integrated multi-agency planning with SENCOs, pastoral teams and external services, with regular impact reviews.
- Impact: Measurable improvements in emotional regulation, communication and engagement for children with the greatest needs.
