Unlocking Potential is the charity that supports schools and communities to ensure no child or family struggles alone with their social, emotional and mental health needs. We provide flexible, over-time, multi-disciplinary therapeutic support that meets children and families where they are, and enables them to feel safe, understood and the best version of themselves.

If your borough isn’t listed, please contact us at hello@up.org.uk – We are always looking to expand our work to ensure as many children and communities as possible are able to receive the support they need to tackle the growing mental health crisis the country is facing, and regularly open new clusters where demand and funding allow.

We’re currently piloting a Family Support Programme in Wandsworth and welcome discussions with schools and local partners interested in collaborating.
